Camp Luther Ministries is hiring Kitchen Staff for both Camp Luther (Mission, BC) and Camp Tulahead (Princeton, BC), and we’re looking for individuals who are able to serve at one or both locations. Join our team to prepare and serve nutritious, delicious meals for campers and guest groups, contribute to a clean and safe kitchen environment, and be part of a fun, Christ-centered community. Cook 1 / Shift Leaders will also lead kitchen shifts, support meal service, and help train staff. We’re looking for team players with flexible availability (part-time with seasonal full-time opportunities), reliable transportation, and a heart to serve; Cook 2 applicants must be 17+ (Food Safe 1 or willing to obtain), while Cook 1 / Shift Leaders must be 18+, have completed high school, and hold a current Food Safe 1. Food Service Director (Full Time)
Location: Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre (Cultus Lake, BC)
Stillwood Camp &
Conference Centre is seeking a full-time Food Services Director to lead and oversee
all kitchen and dining operations while fostering a Christ-centered team
culture. This role provides spiritual leadership within the kitchen environment
and ensures the effective management of large-scale meal production (300+
guests), menu planning, purchasing, budgeting, regulatory compliance (Fraser
Health & WorkSafeBC), and supervision of kitchen staff and volunteers.
The ideal candidate has a
vibrant and committed Christian faith, strong organizational and leadership
skills, and experience working in a large-scale commercial kitchen environment,
with a heart for cultivating a ministry-focused team culture. While hands-on
food preparation is part of the role, the primary focus is leadership,
oversight, and mentorship. Alignment with the Mennonite Brethren Confession of
Faith is essential.
This is a year-round
management position requiring flexibility during weekends and peak seasons.

Foodservice Cook

Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre is seeking two
Foodservice Cooks to join our Christ-centered camp community. This role
combines hands-on meal preparation with hospitality and guest service in a
ministry environment, serving 300+ guests during peak seasons. The position
offers full-time hours from May through November 1 and part-time hours from
November through March. On-site shared accommodations are available and
included.
During the down season, this role shifts into broader camp
operations, assisting work areas such as housekeeping, maintenance, program
support, and kitchen support as needed.
The ideal candidate is passionate about camp ministry,
desires to be actively involved in Christian community life, and is eager to
grow not only in food service but in hospitality that aligns with the Mennonite
Brethren Confession of Faith. Some weekends and evenings are required.
